Good Morning all
Basically if you type the link they have sent you into your browser it will take you the Snopes page, where you will see the exact email (towards the bottom) for a hoax virus email.
So just make sure your AV is up-to-date and you apply any windows updates and you don’t click on anything that you are not sure of.
